Payment Terms

1. Program Investment

Client agrees to pay a total investment of $3,500 for participation in the Black Digital Blueprint: Ecom Founder’s Round.

This includes:

• One initial payment of $2,500 due at the time of signing this Agreement.
• Two (2) additional monthly payments of $500 each, billed automatically every thirty (30) days from the date of initial payment, unless otherwise specified in writing.

2. Payment Plan vs. Subscription

Client understands this is a payment plan, not a month-to-month subscription. By enrolling, Client agrees to pay the full $3,500 regardless of participation, withdrawal, or results.

3. Late or Failed Payments

•  If any installment payment fails, services will be paused until payment is received.
• Client will be notified of the failed payment and given seven (7) days to update payment information.
• If payment is not resolved within seven (7) days, Black Digital Blueprint reserves the right to remove Client from the program and pursue collection of the outstanding balance.

4. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. No chargebacks or cancellations are permitted once this Agreement is signed.
